How to Apply

All the applicants are advised to read the Prospectus / information brochure of Computer Science Department, H.P. University, Shimla–171 005 in pdf format available on University Website.

Online Application Form is Available in the university website www.hpucs.ac.in (or) www.hpuniv.in.

The duly Filled in HP MCA Application form must reach within the last date  to the following address :

Application Fee

• For General : 1000/-
• For SC / ST / IRDP / ANTODAYA :  500/-

Mode of Payment

Three modes of payment are there i.e.

• Net Banking
• Card Payment ( By Using Debit / Credit Card )
• Other Payment modes in which Challan is generated

The applicant has to take the print out of that Challan to the nearest SBI Branch for depositing the Cash.

HPU MCA Exam Centres 2017

The Entrance Test for admission to the MCA course shall be held at the following centres:

• H.P. University Campus, Summer Hill, Shimla
• Government College, Mandi
• Government College, Hamirpur
• H.P. University Regional Centre, Dharamshala, Kangra

The University reserves the right to allot any examination centre to the candidate irrespective of the choice given by the candidate.

HPU MCA 2017 Important Dates

2	Last date for filling up the ONLINE MCA Entrance Application Form	20th May, 2017
3	Last date for submitting the hard copy of MCA Entrance Application Form in the office of Computer Science Department by post (through registered post only) or by hand	5th May, 2017
4	Admit Cards download begins on	24th May, 2017
5	Date of Entrance Examination	31st May, 2017
6	Declaration of Result	17th June, 2017
