WB JECA 2009 Application Form
Candidates intending to appear in the said Joint Entrance Examination (JECA-2009) shall have to apply in the prescribed form which will be available (along with Information Brochure) during the period 11.05.2009 to 25.05.2009 from the Branches of UNITED BANK OF INDIA at Burdwan (Station Rd. Br.), Berhampur, Bolpur, Chinsurah, Durgapur, Darjeeling, Jalpaiguri, Kalyani, Kharagpur, Malda, Purulia, Siliguri, Tamluk and at Kolkata - College Street, Jadavpur, Hatibagan, Salt Lake (Mayuk Bhavan) and BESUS (Howrah) on all working days including Saturday on payment of Rs. 400.00 (Rupees four hundred) only in CASH. Application form once purchased cannot be returned or replaced.

The forms may also be obtained from the Office of the BOARD through Postal request only by sending a Demand Draft of Rs. 400/- (four hundred) in favour of 'West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board' payable at Kolkata / Howrah along with a self-addressed envelope (26 cm x 13 cm) affixing postal stamp of Rs. 50/- so as to reach West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board, AQ-13/1, Sector - V, Salt Lake City, Kolkata- 700 091 on or before 18.05.2009. The Application From may also be obtained from the Board's Office only on payment of a late fee of Rs. 50/- (Rupees fifty only) in addition to the actual cost of the form. The whole amount (i.e. Rs.450/-) is to be paid through a Bank Draft to be drawn in favour of "West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board" payable at Kolkata / Howrah from 26.05.2009 to 29.05.2009. The application form once purchased cannot be returned or replaced. Sumission of JECA 2009 Application Form The duly filled in application form has to be sent by Speed Post only, addressed to The Member Secretary, So as to reach the Office of the Board by 01.06.2009. There is no provision for receiving of Application Form by hand at Board's Office. It should be note that in case of loss of original Admit Card after the said Admission Test, Duplicate Admit Card may be issued on payment of Rs.25/- (twenty five) only by CASH. The candidate must submit an application addressed to the Member Secretary of the Board to this effect with the oricanal copy of F.I.R. lodged at the Local Police Station and a colouR passport-size photograph (without attestation).
