Important : A Candidate can apply NIMCET 2013 MCA Entrance Exam only through Online.

NIMCET 2013 Online Application Form

NIMCET 2013 Online Application Form

1. Candidates can obtain NIMCET 2013 Online Application Form from any place of their convenience. Candidates are required to register themselves in the NIMCET Website : http://nimcet2013.nitw.ac.in. by giving their username and password. Candidates are not permitted to create multiple Id’s.

2. Last Date for submission of NIMCET 2013 MCA Online Application Form : 13th April, 2013.

3. They are also required to take hard copy ( a print out ) of the generated NIMCET 2013 Application Form, enclose all relevant documents ( Please enclose photocopy of both sides of mark sheets )

4. Send NIMCET 2013 Application Form by speed post / registered post to the following address along with copies of mark sheets and pass-certificates of SSC / 10th class, 12th class and Bachelor’s Degree along with original Demand draft ( for 1,600/- for open / OBC category and 800/- for SC / ST category ) drawn in favor of “NIMCET 2013” payable at any given banks.

5. NIMCET 2013 Applications should reach by speed – post or registered post on or before 16th April, 2013 ( 5.00 PM ) to the following address :

5. NIMCET 2013 Applications received after due date and time will not be considered. NIMCET 2013 is not responsible for any postal delays and hence candidates are advised to post the filled – in application with all necessary documents and original demand draft well in advance before the last date i.e., 16th April, 2013.

NIMCET 2013 Processing Fee

1. The processing Fee for NIMCET 2013 test and counseling for admission to the MCA program is 1,600 /- for OPEN / OBC category and 800/- for SC / ST category candidates. Candidates have to take Demand Draft for an appropriate amount relevant to their category.

2. Candidates are required to write their name, address and Mobile / Phone Number and NIMCET 2013 Application Number generated on the reverse side of the original Demand Draft before sending it along with generated application to NIMCET 2013 office.

3. Demand Draft must be drawn in favor of “NIMCET 2013”, payable at any Bank and Branch listed.

NIMCET 2013 MCA Admit Card

1. For all eligible applicants, Admit Cards will be made available on the NIMCET Website : http://nimcet2013.nitw.ac.in/. after scrutiny of their applications.

2. Applicants will be required to download their NIMCET 2013 Admit Card after login to this website between 7th May, 2013 and 26th May, 2013.

3. The candidates shall have to produce the NIMCET 2013 Admit Card at the Test Centre, counseling centre and participating institute ( PI ) at the time of admission.

4. NIMCET 2013 Admit Cards will not be sent to the candidates individually by post.

• i am anoop kumar bsc (h) 2013 passout from delhi university and a mca aspirant of nit. i have filled the entrance form and about to post it tommorow or day after tommorow but then i got to know that application should contain mark sheets of graduation(as enclosures) as well but unfortunately the mark sheet of my final year (whinch includes the marks of 1st and 2nd year too) is damage by a rat in my house but aggregate marks of all three years are clearly visible in it . though i have my passing certificate and i had applied for duplicate marksheet 2 weeks ago which mean i would have my duplicate marksheets of graduation at the time of counselling . so please tell me can this situation of mine led me to the cancellation of my application. also tell me should i enclose the damage marksheet along with my application. really looking forward for your earliest reply. thank you.
