Entrance Test for Admission to Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

Applications in the prescribed format, only from Indian Nationals are invited for NIMCET – 07, a common entrance test for admission to MCA programme of 2007 – 08 offered by 9 NITs located at Allahabad, Bhopal, Calicut, Durgapur, Jamshedpur, Raipur, Surathkal, Tiruchirapalli, Warangal.
Eligibility Candidates with an aggregate of 60% marks [6.5/10 CGPA] in Bachelor’s Degree of full time 3 Years duration from a recognized University with mathematics / statistics / maths as one of the subjects in one semester / year both in graduation and at 10+2 level are eligible. For SC/ST candidates the percentage of marks is 55% (6.0/10). Those candidates who are appearing for the qualifying examinations in 2007 are also eligible to appear for the test. However, they will have to furnish the proof of eligibility at the time of counseling / admission.
