PAM CAT 2009 Important Dates

• Computer Form, not tagged, be submitted in loose form along with Application Form-A.
• Attendance-cum-Identification Form and Admit Card duly filled be submitted along with Application Form-A.

B. The Attested Copies of the following documents be attached with Application Form-A

• Matriculation certificate.
• 10+2 Detailed Marks Certificate.
• Qualifying Examination Certificate.
• Reserve Category Certificate, if any.
• Residence Certificate.
• Three attested passport size photographs be pasted with gum respectively in the designated space on the Application form-A, Admit Card and Attendance-cum- Identification Form.
• One unattested photograph be pasted on the Computer Form at the designated space
• Mode of submission of Application Form shall be either personally or through Registered Post.
• Two self addressed envelopes (9"x5") with postage stamps of Rs. 5 each.

C. For Late Fee Candidates:

Admit Card and Roll Number along with centre will be issued on the spot to candidates who submit Application Form-A with relevant late fee (complete in all respects) at the MBA/MCA Entrance Test Cell, Department of Commerce (Second Floor) Arts Block No. 6, Punjabi University, Patiala. Such candidates shall apply personally and not through the post.

D. Mode of payment of fee including late fee shall be by Bank Draft drawn in favour of Registrar, Punjabi University, Patiala, and Payable at Patiala. Cash payment/Cheque shall not be accepted.

	7.	Tentative Date of First Counseling	31.07.2009
	8.	Venue of Counseling	To be notified along with counseling schedule
C.	9.	Dates of Second Counseling shall be notified after the First Counseling

Note: If the candidate does not receive his Roll Number by 16.07.2009, he/she is advised to personally contact the MBA/MCA Entrance Test Cell with two attested photographs to collect their Roll Number.
