Application forms can be obtained form the Association office or could be downloaded. The cost of application is Rs.1000.00 (Rupees One Thousand only) which is non refundable. Every downloaded application should accompany with D.D. of Rs.1000/- which should be drawn in favour of KRLMPCA payable at Bangalore.
