All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Test AIPGMET 2012 will be conducted for admissions to various Post Graduate Medical Courses under D.Y. Paul Medical College Kolhapur, a constituent college of D.Y. Patil Education Society Deemed University.
AlPGMET Exam 2012 will be on 9th February, 2012 ( Thursday ) from 12.00 noon to 3.30 pm.
The Medical College was established in 1989 and is recognized by the Medical Council of India, New Delhi. The College is associated with a 750 beded. teaching hospital in its campus having state of the art facilities for health care and treatment.
The Admission Committee of the University will be responsible for conduct of the entrance test, declaration of results, counselling and final admission to the courses.

Eligibility for AIPGMET 2012
- The candidate must be an Indian National. Nationality certificate issued by the District Magistrate or Additional District Magistrate or Chief Metropolitan Magistrate / valid passport shall constitute proof of nationality.
- The candidate must have passed M.B.B.S Examination from a recognized medical college and should have obtained final registration either from the Medical Council of India, New Delhi or Maharashtra Medical Council or concerned Slate Medical Council after completion of one year rotating internship training.
- The candidate undergoing one year rotating internship training and likely to obtain final registration certificate from the Medical Council of India, New Delhi or Stale Medical Council on or before 15th April, 2012 can also appear for the Entrance Test. Such candidates will be required to submit a certificate from the Principal / Dean of the College regarding the likely date of completion of rotating internship training failing which his application will be treated as incomplete and shall be rejected.
