1. Cost of Information Bulletin and AIPVT Application Form also includes examination fee & other charges.
2. Fee once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
3. Demand Draft should be signed with specimen Signature and Code No. by the competent authority of issuing Bank and should bear the Bank Code number.
4. Cheque, Money Order, Indian Postal Order or Cash will not be accepted at the sale Counter of the office of Council / State Councils.
5. AIPVT 2010 Information Bulletin and AIPVT 2010 Application Form can be procured by hand against Cash Payment only at the designated branches ofVijaya Bank.
6. The specified branches of Vijaya Bank and the State Veterinary Councils will not be responsible for any consequence that may arise due to non-availability of Forms at the Bank/aforesaid designated centres. In case, the Application Forms are sold out before the last date at any of the branches and the same are not available with Vijaya Bank/designated centres, the candidates should get the AIPVT 2010 Form from the office of Veterinary Council India. 'A' Wing ,2nd Floor, August Kranti Bhawan, Bhikaji Cama Place ,New Delhi - 66 by sending the Demand Draft as stated at 6(i) / 6(ii) before the last date.
   In such cases, the candidates may also submit their application ' Online' and submit the same by post after fulfilling the requirements as mentioned under para' instructions for filling and sending of AIPVT 2010 Application form' in this Bulletin.
