AMUPMDC 2008 Association of Managements of Unaided Private Medical and Dental Colleges Eligibility Exam Details Test Centres Syllabus

(1) Candidate must be born on or before 1st Jan.1992.

(2) Candidate must have passed HSC (10+2 or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English with 50% marks.

(3) Candidates appearing for HSC (10+2)/equivalent examination in March 2008 are also eligible to appear for Asso CET-2008, however, the candidate must fulfill the eligibility conditions.

AMUPMDC 2008 Examination Pattern:

Asso-CET-2008 will consist of 200 MCQs comprising of Physics (50), Chemistry(50) and Biology (100)
Every correct answer will be awarded 1 mark
No negative marking
The medium of examination will be English

AMUPMDC 2008 Syllabus: Syllabus for Asso CET-2008 will be same as of the subject of Physics, Chemistry and Biology of the HSC Board of Maharashtra for the year 2007-08 syllabus will be displayed on website.

AMUPMDC 2008 application Form & Information Brochure:

Application forms and information brochure for Asso CET-2008 for admission to 1st year MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BPTh, BOTh and BSc-Nursing courses will be available at all the Private Medical and Dental Colleges and other notified centers displayed on website: www.amupmdc.org from 1st March 2008 to 31st March 2008 on payment of Rs. 500/- by DD.

Application forms will also be available from AMUPMDC office by post with an additional DD of Rs. 100/- for postal charges. Application Forms will also be available from selected centres of Punjab National Bank displayed on web site on Payment of Rs 500/- in Cash. The Fee for Examination is Rs. 1,500/- payable by DD. All DD's are to be drawn in favour of "AMUPMDC" and payable at Mumbai.

All the Medical Colleges are affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik and approved by Medical Council of India, Dental Colleges by Dental Council of India and other Health Science Colleges by their respective Central Councils.

AMUPMDC 2008 Examination Centers: Asso CET-2008 will be conducted at 17 centres in Maharashtra (viz. Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Nashik, Dhule, Jalgaon, Ahmednagar, Sangli, Kolhapur, Solapur, Aurangabad, Latur, Nanded, Akola Amravati and Nagpur) and 10 Centres outside Maharashtra state (viz. Delhi, Noida, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Indore, Bhopal, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata).

The right to add or delete Examination Centres rest with the Competent Authority.
