BLDE UGET 2008 Application Form: Demand Draft: The Demand Draft is for Rs.1500/- (One thousand Five hundred only) is drawn in favour of The Registrar, BLDE University, Bijapur payable at Bijapur, Karnataka State. Online Application: The Online application form has to be filled properly and completely. After you have completed your Online application form, click on the submit button only once to send the details to the server. The server will assign you an application number, and provide the facility to view/print your online application form with the details you have filled in along with the application number. |

Take a print of the filled in Application form and Date of Birth Certificate / Identity Proof (Two Copies: Candidate’s Copy and BLDE University Copy). The completed application form must have the signature of the Candidate, left thumb impression and candidate’s parent/guardian’s signature. Do not send any original documents along with the application form. Affix your recent (not older than six months) passport size sharp and clear colour photograph only in the space provided. Application with smudged / tampered or hazy photograph will not be accepted. Do not staple or pin the photograph on the application form. Do not Sign and no attestation is required on the photograph. The application can be downloaded from the web site www.bldeuget.org. The candidates shall submit duly filled application along with non refundable fee of Rs.1500/- in the form of DD payable at Bijapur, Karnataka State, drawn in favour of "Registrar, BLDE University", so as to reach, The Registrar,
BLDE UGET 2008 Test Admission Ticket [TAT] Candidates appearing for BLDEUGET – 2008 will be issued a Test Admission Ticket (TAT) for identification. Candidates are required to bring the TAT of BLDEUGET – 2008 and the Candidate’s copy of Date of Birth Certificate / Identity Proof duly attested by the Head of the Institution where he/she has studied last or Gazetted officer from the place of residence of the candidate, which is similar to the University copy submitted along with the application form. This is mandatory. The Test Admission Ticket gives the details of test centre assigned to the candidate. The candidates are assigned a Test centre during the application process itself, and any requests for change in the test centre will not be considered. The Test Admission Ticket would be dispatched to the candidates by Speed post at the address mentioned in their application form as and when the applications are processed. However all Test Admission Tickets will be dispatched by 2nd May 2008. Candidates not receiving the Test Admission Ticket on or before 7th May 2008 must contact helpdesk which will be established at various test centers on 11 th May 2008. Duplicate TAT card will be issued after producing Identity proof and copy of application form.
