Duration: 4 1/2 Internship Years: 1 Intake: 150 seats inclusive of 15% NRI / Foreigners / PIO / Others and 5% Institutional. BLDE Admission Policy Admissions will be made in accordance with admission policy of BLDE University which has been framed as per the guidelines of MCI and UGC. BLDE UGET 2008 Eligibility Criteria: Only those candidates who would satisfy or are likely to satisfy the following relevant eligibility requirements for admission to MBBS course will be considered eligible to appear for the UGET (BLDEUGET-2008) and subsequently for admission to the course. Age Limit: The candidate should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December 2008. BLDE UGET 2008 Educational Qualification: 1. Candidates should have passed the qualifying examination which is 2 nd PUC or 10+2 higher secondary or equivalent examination. 2. The last two years of study should have comprised of Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) with English as a compulsory subject. 3. The candidate must have passed these subjects individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% of marks taken together in PCB. 4. In addition, the candidate must have scored not less than 50% marks in BLDEUGET-2008. 5. Candidates belonging to SC, ST and Karnataka OBC, the marks obtained in PCB taken together in qualifying examination should not be less than 40% and also score not less than 40% in the BLDUGET 2008.
