Submission of Cheetinad University 2013 MBBS Application

Chettinad University application forms can be obtained from the office of the Registrar, Chettinad Academy of Research and Education on payment of 1000/- ( Rupees One thousand only ).
If the application form is downloaded from the university’s website : http://www.chettinadhealthcity.com a demand draft for 1000/- ( Rupees One thousand only ) drawn in favour of “Chettinad Academy of Research and Education” payable at Chennai to be enclosed.
Application forms should be filled in carefully and legibly by the candidate in his/her own handwriting.
Furnishing of false information or suppression of material information in the form will make the application treated as cancelled.
The University reserves the right to change any of the conditions enumerated periodically or for the purpose of complying with any of the regulations of the Statutory Councils.
Applications with incomplete or insufficient particulars or without enclosures or those received after the last date will be rejected without any intimation to the candidates.
The institute shall not be held responsible for any postal delay, loss in transit or for incorrect address given by the candidates.
Last date for submission of filled in Chettinad Application Form on 30th April, 2013.

Chettinad University 2013 MBBS Entrance Hall Tickets

Hall Tickets for the Entrance Examination will be issued only to the eligible candidates. If any candidate has not received the hall ticket he / she should contact the office of the Registrar over phone or report by fax. For such candidates, duplicate hall ticket will be issued on the day of the Examination at the Examination Centre.
Admission to the Entrance Examination will not guarantee admission to the Course.
Any queries regarding the Entrance Examination and Admission procedure shall be referred to the office of the Registrar, Chettinad Academy of Research and Education.
Hall ticket must be produced at the time of Entrance Examination without fail.
No candidate shall be allowed to write the Entrance Examination without valid Hall ticket.

Chettinad University 2013 MBBS Exam Centres

The Venue of the Entrance Examination Centre will be intimated in the Hall Ticket.
