Instructions for filling the COMEDK PGET 2013 Application Form
A separate link in the website is provided to assist the candidates in filling the COMEK PGET 2013 Online Application form.
General Instructions to Candidates
Please ensure that you have the following, ready on hand before you start filling up the Online Application Form
Note : Send the Application and enclosures in A4 size envelope only. Do not fold the application form.
Demand Draft has to be drawn from the nationalized bank in favour of “COMEDK” ( Check for the correct spelling ), payable at Bangalore ( DD must be payable at Bangalore only ) for 
2250/- ( Rupees Two Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Only ) application number & applicant’s name to be written behind the DD. Check for the banker‟s seal and signature on the DD.
Demand Draft from any bank other than the Banks listed in the Appendix – I ( See COMEDK PGET 2013 Bank List ) will not be accepted.
1. All marks cards ( First Year to Final Year university examination marks card / s )
2. Attempt Certificate is a statement indicating the number of attempt one has taken to clear a particular subject / year.
3. Ensure that the online application form is filled up properly and completely.
4. After you have filled in your online application form, click on the Submit button only once, to send the details to the server.
5. The server will assign you an application number, and provide the facility to view your online application form with the details you have filled, along with the 6 digits application number. Candidates are advised to go through the instructions carefully before filling up the application form.
6. Only after verifying the details take a print of the Application Form and the Date of Birth Certificate.
7. Date of Birth Certificate / Identity proof : Is an auto generated document which is generated along with the application form. It is printed as Date of Birth Certificate / Identity proof ( COMEDK Copy and Candidate Copy ). Both the copies need to be duly signed by the candidate.
8. Date of Birth Certificate ( COMEDK Copy ) : has to be sent along with the application form to COMEDK. Date of Birth Certificate ( Candidate Copy ) : needs to be retained by the candidate and carried while writing the exam.
9. The completed application form must have the candidate’s signature, impressions of left thumb, left forefinger and left middle finger.
10. Kindly do not send any original documents along with the application form.
11. Kindly stick your recent ( not older than six months ) passport size colour photograph only in the space provided. Application Form with smudged / tampered or hazy photograph will be rejected.
12. Do not staple or pin your photograph to the application form. No attestation is required on the photograph.
13. Please adhere to the time schedule enlisted in the calendar of events.
14. Incomplete / incorrect applications will be rejected without prior information to the candidate.
15. Multiple application form received from the same candidate will result in confusion and may result in disqualification.
16. Demand Drafts drawn from Nationalized bank in excess of the prescribed fee ( 2250/- ) if sent by the candidate will not be refunded.
17. Non – refundable fee for taking COMEDK PGET – 2013 and attending centralized counseling, if eligible, is 2250/- ( Rupees Two Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Only ).
18. COMEDK is not responsible for any error the candidate makes while filling up the Application Form.
19. COMEDK will not entertain any subsequent changes in the application form and no refund will be made.
20. Candidates who are listed in the Red List featured on our website need to contact COMEDK contact no. ( 080 – 41132810 ) for clarifications.
21. COMEDK is not responsible for any loss / delay / damage which might occur during Postal or Courier delivery.
22. Any application received after the last date ( i.e. 10th January, 2013 before 5:00 PM ) mentioned in the Calendar of Events will be rejected.

Printed COMEDK PGET 2013 Online Application Form.
The completed COMEDK PGET 2013 Application Form must have
- Candidate’s photo should be pasted ( within the box provided ).
- Candidate’s signature ( within the box provided ).
- Left thumb, Left forefinger and Left middle finger impression of the candidate ( within the space provided ).
The completed COMEDK PGET 2013 application form has to reach the office by speed post or courier on or before 10th January, 2013 ( before 5.00 P.M. ) to the following address :

Note :
- Avoid stapling of Demand Draft to the application form, instead use clips.
- The recent passport size photographs have to be identical. It should not be more than 6 months old. Application with smudged / tampered or hazy photograph will not be accepted. Any application received not adhering to these specifications will be rejected without any clarifications and no refund will be made. The decision of the COMEDK Committee on this would be final and binding.
