COMEDK PGET - 2008 Application Form:

COMEDK PGET - 2008 Application Form will be available from 26-11-2007

The completed Application Form has to reach COMEDK office by post or courier on or before Saturday the 05th January 2008 to the following address.

Checklist of documents to accompany the completed Application Form:

• Demand Draft for Rs 1500/- drawn in favour of COMEDK-2008 payable at Bangalore (mention your application number on the back of DD) Check for the banker's signature on the DD
• Photocopy of Degree Certificate / Provisional Degree Certificate / Internship Completion Certificate / Internship Completed Certificate / Registration Certificate
• Photocopy of Attempt Certificate
• Photocopies of all marks cards including that of failed year/semester if any (First Year/Semester to Final Year/Semester)
• COMEDK copy of Date of Birth Certificate / Identity Proof in the prescribed form duly attested by the head of the institution where he/she has studied last
• Additional photograph (mention your application number on the back of photograph)

Non-refundable fee for taking COMEDK PGET-2008 and attending centralised counseling, if eligible, is Rs. 1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only). DD for Rs.1500/- should be drawn in favour of COMEDK-2008, payable at Bangalore and should be enclosed with the application after recording application number on the back of DD.

Important Dates:

The entrance test, COMEDK PGET-2008, will be held in Bangalore only.
