MP Pre PG DMAT Application Form 2013
The NRI candidates shall apply directly to the Head of the concerned Institution in the Application Form prescribed by the Institutions. NRI candidates are not required to appear in Pre PG DMAT 2013.
The screening of the applications shall be done at the institution level. The admission shall be done on as per the merit list prepared on the basis of MBBS / BDS marks from the applications received. If the seats are not filled under NRI quota then such seats shall be filled as drop out / vacant seats through Pre PG DMAT 2013 Merit.
Availability of MP Pre PG DMAT 2013 Application
Application Forms of Pre PG DMAT 2013 will be available from 18th October, 2012 onwards at office of the Association of Private Dental and Medical Colleges, DMAT Office E-2/51 Area Colony Bhopal, Modern Dental College & Research Centre, Gandhi Nagar, Indore, Hitkarini Dental College and Hospital, Jabalpur, People’s College of Dental Sciences & RC, Bhopal, People’s Dental Academy, Bhopal, Sri Aurobindo College of Dentistry, Indore, College of Dental Science, Rau, Indore, Maharana Pratap College of Dentistry, Gwalior, Rishiraj College of Dental Sciences & RC, Bhopal, R.D. Gardi Medical College, Ujjain, Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Sciences, Indore, People’s College of Medical Sciences & RC, Bhopal, Index Medical College Hospital & RC, Indore and L. N. Medical College Hospital & RC, Bhopal on payment of 
1500/- ( Rupees one thousand five hundred only ) in cash or through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of “APDMC” payable at Bhopal.
Madhya Pradesh Pre PG DMAT application form is also available on Website of APDMC www.apdmcmp.com and can be downloaded from this site. In case the Application Form has been downloaded from website it shall be submitted along with Demand Draft of 2500/- ( Cost of Application Form and examination fee in favour of APDMC, payable at Bhopal ). Application Form can also be obtained from above centres by post by remitting a D.D of 1600/- ( including postal charges ).
Filled in MPO Pre PG DMAT application forms should be submitted on or before 19th February, 2013 at th following address either personally or by post / courier with examination fee of 1000 through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of “APDMC”, payable at Bhopal. Candidates depositing application form in person can also deposit Examination Fee by cash in DMAT office and obtain necessary receipt.

MP Pre PG DMAT 2013 Selection Procedure
The allotment to MDS / MD / MS Courses will be done on the basis of the Pre PG DMAT 2013 merit list and the course preferences given by the candidate at the time of Counselling.
- Canvassing directly or indirectly for the allotment of seats would disqualify the candidate for admission. Influencing the staff by unfair means will lead to cancellation of allotted seat and such candidate will also face disqualification for appearance in the subsequent Pre PG DMAT 2013 Examination.
- Candidate selected for admission shall be subject to disciplinary rules of Devi Ahilya Bai Vishwavidhyalaya / Barkatullaha Vishwavidhyalaya / Vikram Vishwavidhyalaya /Rani Durgavati Vishwavidhyalaya/ Jiwaji University/ DCI / MCI Institution / Government of M.R and Management.
- A candidate selected for any MDS / MD / MS Course speciality as merit will not be allowed to change the speciality.
- The selection made by the Admission committee is final and will be binding on the candidates.
- Admission to the candidate will be given after the candidate deposits all his / her relevant original certificates, documents along with tuition and other fees to the concerned college.
Mode of MP Pre PG DMAT Selection 2013
On the basis of the Marks / Rank obtained by candidates in the Pre PG DMAT 2013 merit list will be prepared depending upon number of sanctioned seats. Remaining candidates up to a fixed number will be kept in the waiting list.

MP Pre PG DMAT 2013 Admit Card
CCandidate will receive the Admit Card by Post / Courier. In case the candidate does not receive Admit Card by Third Week of February, 2013 then he/she should collect the Admit Card from the office of Examination Centre Superintendent, Indore latest a day before the examination or on 24th February, 2013 before 8 am.
- Please note that the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the test if he / she does not posses the proper Admit Card.
- The candidates are advised to preserve the Admit Card for all future reference and correspondence.
MP Pre PG DMAT 2013 Counselling
The Association of Private Dental and Medical Colleges of M.P., Bhopal shall conduct the Counselling for admission in accordance with the law laid by Hon’ble Apex Court in case of RA. Inamdar Vs Government of Maharashtra and others. The Counseling will be conducted under the supervision of Admission Committee. The Admission Committee will consist of:-
- Chairman-An Eminent Academician.
- One Professor of Faculty of Medicine.
- One Professor of Faculty of Dentistry.
- Representative of participating Colleges.
- Controller of Examinations DMAT -Member Secretary.
