Application Forms can be obtained

(a) from the University office on payment of Rs.500/- in cash or D.D. OR

(b) (if required by post) through a requisition letter along with a demand draft of Rs. 600/- drawn on any nationalized bank, in favour of "Registrar, Dr. D. Y. Patil University", payable at Pune. OR

(c) by downloading from the University Website. The downloaded form shall be submitted along with a demand draft of Rs.2100/- (Form Fee + Test Fee + Postal Charges) and

5.	Issue of duplicate admit cards Duplicate admit cards will be issued to the candidates who have not received admit cards.	These will be available at AICET Centres, between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on 24/05/2008 or between 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on the day of AICET-08
