DUMET 2010 Application Form

3. BY POST: for Rs. 800/- (Rupees Eight Hundred only) for General and OBC category candidates and Rs. 600/- (Rupees Six Hundred only) for SC/ST/PH category candidates, along with a self addressed envelop of 12" X 10" upto 22nd February 2010.

NOTE: SC/ST/PH candidates are requested to bring/send a copy of the Caste Certificate/PH Certificate for obtaining Bulletin of Information.

The application form of DUMET 2010 along with BOI can also be obtained, by hand only, from Lady Hardinge Medical College, Maulana Azad Medical College and University College of Medical Sciences.

DUMET Applications Form 2010 may also be downloaded from our websites www.du.ac.in or www.fmsc.ac.in and submit the same, duly filled in and complete in all respects with requisite Demand Draft, to the office of the following address on or before 08th March, 2010 upto 03:00 P.M.

Note:

1. The last date for receipt of request for supply of the application form alongwith BOI by POST is 22nd February, 2010.

2. The candidate should mention his/ her name, address and telephone number at the back of the Bank Draft/ Banker's Cheque. The candidates are advised to retain a photocopy of the Bank Draft/ Banker's Cheque.

3. Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected.
