Mother Teresa Saket College of Physiotherapy invites applications for admission to the BPT ( Bachelor of Physiotherapy ) & MPT (Master of Physiotherapy ) Course for the year 2015.

Saket College of Physiotherapy BPT & MPT 2015 Eligibility

Essential Qualification for BPT & MPT Admission 2015 : The candidates should have passed the intermediate Examination under 10+2 scheme or an equivalent examination recognized by the Pt BD Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak with Physics, Chemistry & Biology scoring at least 50% marks in aggregate of these subjects. In case of SC / ST candidates the marks for eligibility shall be 40%. The Candidate who has not passed his / her 10+2 examination in all the subjects on the date of counselling shall not be eligible.

Saket College of Physiotherapy 2015 BPT & MPT Age Limit : He / She should have attained the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of joining the course.

Note :

  • The age shall ordinarily be determined as entered in the matriculation certificate.

Saket College of Physiotherapy BPT & MPT 2015 Seats

i. Number of Saket BPT & MPT Seats : 40 seats are available for Mother Teresa Saket College of Physiotherapy BPT & MPT Course.

  • Open Merit Seats : 24
  • Management Quota Seats : 16

ii. Saket College of Physiotherapy distribution of BPT & MPT Seats : As per Haryana Government rules.

iii. Duration of BPT & MPT Course : It will be a regular full time four year course of Bachelor of Physiotherapy ( BPT ) & Master of Physiotheraphy ( MPT ) followed by compulsory 6 months internship.

Saket College of Physiotherapy BPT & MPT 2015 Selection Criteria

Mother Teresa Saket BPT & MPT selection will be made on the basis of merit of marks obtained in University Entrance Examination ( 2015 – 2016 ) or merit of 10+2 annual examination. 

The merit will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the 10+2 examination. In case of tie ( equal marks ) in aggregate marks of qualifying examination their inter – se merit will be determined as under :

  • Firstly the candidate having higher percentage of aggregate marks at 10+2 level in PCB calculated up to 3 decimal points.
  • Then the candidate having higher marks in the subject of Biology in qualifying examination i.e. 10+2.
  • Then the candidate, older in age.
