Andhra Pradesh SSC Exam Results will be announced on May 23rd, 2010

Andhra Pradesh SSC Results will be released on May 23 at 11.30 a.m. and the Minister for Secondary Education D Manikya Vara Prasada Rao will release the results.

However, results will be different this time as students would only get to know the grades rather than the earlier method of first, second and third divisions apart from failed category. From this year, candidates will be graded based on their performance.

Successful candidates will be given A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2, D1 and D2 grades while the failed candidates will get E grade.

The grades will be given on a 12.5 per cent scale. For example, the top 12.5 per cent among the successful candidates will get A1 grade.

Similarly, the next 12.5 per cent toppers will get A2 grade. Similar method will be followed for deciding each grade.

Those who score less than 35 marks will get E grade and be treated as Failed. From this year, students will also get photocopies of first language and second language papers on payment.
