Bharathiar University starts Diploma Course at Yun Yang Teachers College (YYTC) - China

Bharathiar University (BU) is all set to offer a three-year diploma programme in Networking and Technology at the Yun Yang Teachers College (YYTC) in China this academic year.

The varsity signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the college in this regard during its delegates' visit to China recently. .

According to varsity sources, it is a dual diploma programme, and the students will pursue it for two years in China at the YYTC and the third year in BU. Admission will be given to 100 students.

The varsity will appoint a director and coordinator at the YYTC. The University syllabus will be taught at the YYTC.

The Chinese students will come here in the third year and continue the course at different affiliated colleges of the BU.

Talking to newsmen here recently, BU Vice-Chancellor Prof. G Thiruvasagam said the YYTC will disseminate. information regarding the programme and recruit students.
