The private Self financing MCA colleges to which the commissioner for entrance examination is to make allotment are directed to furnish the details in the following Proforma, authorized by the head of Institution, so as to include the institution in the Centralized Allotment Process. The Details should be received in this office by post/by hand on or before 30-08-2008. Proforma 1. Name and Address of the College (With Phone No and Fax No) 2. Name of Principal (With Mobile No and Email ID) 3. Total No of Seats (intake) allowed for 08-09 4. No of seats to be allotted by CEE for 08-09 (Minimum 50% of total intake) 5. University to which affiliated (Affiliation order No and Date) 6. Whether participated in the Centralized Allotment Process made by CEE during 07-08 7. Whether the College is to be newly included for Centralized Allotment Process
