The certificate issued is accepted internationally and learning German is useful for students and professionals. He said that the collaboration with the Goethe Institute was a success story as the all the formalities required for the programme was completed in a record time of four months.The programme aims to help I learners in rural Tamil Nadu, he said. Earlier, a memorandum of understanding for this collaboration was signed on Jully 23 in chennai by professor rajasekaran pillai and Mr.Eberhard Weller, Regional Language Director, Goethe Insititute ,South Asia.
