It is for the information of all IGNOU students that the University is taking pro-active steps to redress students' grievances pertaining to registration, assignments, term-end examination, projects, practical, seminars etc.

The students are hereby advised to register their complaints online in the University website at www.ignou.ac.in for speedy disposal by the University.
