The School of Computer Science and Technology of Karunya University has signed a memorandum of understanding with Oracle India Private Limited for conducting the Oracle Workforce Development programmes.
According to a university release, Vice-Chancellor Paul P. Appasamy and Anand Kapai, Account Manager, Oracle Education, signed the MoU.
The MoU facilitates the university to receive technical support from Oracle
For conducting Oracle Certification Courses such as Oracle Certified Associate and Oracle Certified Professional on Administrator Track as well as Developer Track to the students.
Organizing faculty training programmes and guest lectures by Oracle professionals will also be part of the MoU.
The certification courses are expected to enable students to be better equipped to work in the Information Technology sector.
