Manipal University will be starting several job-oriented courses from this academic year (2007-2008). They include graduate, post-graduate and certificate programmes. The M.Sc. in Biostatistics will help students to find jobs in the health care, biotechnology and Pharmaceutical industries. The M.Sc. in regenerative Medicine with specialized training in stem cell research and clinical training will provide ample scope for students in BT industry.

The M.Arch in Advance Design is approved by the Architecture Council of India. The graduate courses, which the university is starting, are the BBM in e-Banking and Finance for three years (six semesters), which is designed to meet the organizational needs of public sector banks, foreign banks, new generation banks and the finance sector, and B.Sc. in Applied Science in Computers and Electronics and communications to meet the needs of software and electronics industries.
