Mohan Kumaramangalam Medical College invites applications for DMLT and Paramedical Courses

Salem Government Mohan Kumaramangalam Medical College has started issuing application for DMLT (2 years) and paramedical certificate courses from July 25.

Cost

The cost of application is Rs. 200.

Students should submit a crossed demand draft drawn from a nationalised bank in favour of the Dean, Government Mohan Kumaramangalam Medical College, Salem - 30 payable at Salem to obtain the application form for the courses.

SC/ST students

Students belonging to scheduled caste and scheduled tribe can obtain the application form free of cost by producing an attested copy of community certificate.

For DMLT courses, students who have passed Plus II examination studying physics and chemistry with botany & zoology or biology with any other subject are eligible to apply.

They should have scored 45 per cent marks in science subjects. SC/ST students are eligible to apply with a mere pass.

Age limit

Those who completed vocational medical laboratory technician course can also apply for the courses.

The maximum age limit for the students is 30 years and for SC/ST students 35 years.

The last date for submitting filled in application forms is August 8.
