Notification For Expression of Interest

The Director, National Institute of Technology, Calicut invites "Expression of Interest" for comprehensive Planning Design and Project Management of the following

works.

Construction of Mega Hostel - II - 1000 Capacity
Construction of Academic Buildings for M.B.A Course. (200 Students, 4 Class Rooms, Seminar Hall, Library & Faculty Rooms)
Construction of Students' Hostel for M.B.A (300 Students)
Construction of Gymkhana and Sports Complex
Construction of Auditorium with capacity of 3000 Students.
Construction of 12-classroom complex with lab facility.
Construction of Guest House - 40 Double Bed Rooms

The building should be energy efficient, Eco-friendly etc.and details such as these must be incorporated in the designs.

The buildings shall be constructed as per the norms and proposals of the Director, National Institute of Technology, Calicut.

Interested Firms/Agencies/Designers/ Architects having similar type of experience with the necessary technical expertise are requested to submit their expression of interest with relevant supporting documents, photographs of the prime works undertaken and the value of works latest by 14.08.2008.

Each Architectures may be selected for each projects separately or selection may be done for groups of buildings or for the while projects.

The Director also reserves the right to drop the proposal in part or as a whole with out assigning any reasons.
