Pondicherry University will be conducted 20th Convocation by March, 2010

Sub: Pondicherry University - Twentieth Convocation - Awarding of Degree Certificates - Reg.

The Twentieth Convocation of this University is tentatively scheduled to be held during the month of March 2010. The Students who have completed their degree courses from the year 1988-89 and up to May 2009 under Regular stream as well as Distance Education can collect the convocation application from the Public Grievance Cell in person on payment of Rs.50/- through Indian Bank Challan, University Branch.

Those who want to get the application form by post should send a self addressed stamped envelope for Rs.10/-(Size 28 X 12 cm.) along with the requisition letter to the Controller of Examinations, Pondicherry University with DD for Rs.50/- drawn (in any nationalized bank) in favour of the Finance Officer, Pondicherry University, payable at Puducherry and apply within the stipulated time. The application form can also be downloaded from the University website (www.pondiuni.edu.in) and the cost of the application Rs.50/- may be added along with requisite degree certificate fee.

The last date for receipt of filled-in application forms is 01.03.2010 and applications received after the due date will not Strictly be entertained.

Kindly note that the students who have already remitted their convocation fee through the respective institutions or directly along with their final year examination fees from the academic year 1997-98 to 2008-09, need not apply again.
