Tamil Nadu Agricultural University conduct Training Programs on August 19, 20
A training in preparing value-added products from mushroom will be held at the Post Harvest Technology Centre of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University on August 19 and 20.
According to a TNAU release, preparation of mushroom soup mix, dehydrated mushroom, mushroom pickle, ketchup, cutlets and other products such as chapathi and bonda mix and noodles will be taught.
Another training programme in processing of amla products will be held on August 21 and 22.
Trainees will be taught to process amla into various value-added products and also the packaging technologies.
They will also be given Information in Finance and Marketing of the products, the release says.
