Pursuant to the directions of the High Court of Judicature at Madras in O.SA No. 49 of 2006 dated 6.7.2006, the Managing Committee of Theagaraya Chetty Educational institutions, Chennai - 600 021, formulated a Draft Scheme (Proposed Scheme) modifying the present scheme which was approved by the Supreme Court of lndia in S.LP.No. 811- 812 of 1975.

In terms of the directions of the High Court dated 12.9.2007 in Application No. 2949 of 2005 in C.S.No, 117 of 1973, the draft scheme has been prepared and this notice is given inviting objections, suggestions from the members of the public, all persons interested in the administration of the institutions inclusive of the present trustees who shall forward their objections, suggestions to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Madras, Chennai - 600 104 in a sealed cover superscribed as "Scheme for Theagaraya Chetty Educational Institutions", so as to reach him within a period of six weeks from the date of this publication.
