Issue of applications and spot-admissions for courses under the Directorate of Distance Education of the Annamalai University for the academic year 2008-09 is under way at the Coimbatore city centre on Nanjappa Road.

According to a press release from P. Soundarajan, Liaison Officer of the centre, undergraduate and post-graduate degrees and diplomas, and certificate programmes are being offered by the directorate.

Issue of applications began on April 16.
