CBIT achieves Record Placements

Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT) established a new milestone by achieving 1075 placements for the academic year 2010 – 11. The highest salary of 8.5 lakh was offered by Microsoft and the average package was 3.5 lakh.

The CBIT crossed the thousand mark for the first time in its 31 years of fruitful journey.

Placements were made in diversified companies both from IT circuit and core industry and some of those reputed companies include Cognizant, Microsoft, SAP Labs, ITC, Deloitte, Hyundai, BEL, Infosys, Capgemini, Wipro, Godrej, Mahindra and Mahindra and L&T.

The job offer letters were issued to all the successfully placed students by former MP and Vastushilpi B.N. Reddy; D. Kamalakar Reddy, Secretary CBES and B. Chennakesava Rao, Principal, CBIT. Mr. N.L.N. Reddy, Placement Officer & HODs were present.

Dr. B.N. Reddy advised the students to develop qualities like hard work, discipline and dedication to be successful in their future endeavours.

He also stressed on building moral values. Prof. Kamalakar Reddy advised students to take up entrepreneurship after acquiring work experience in the corporate world.

Prof Chennakesava Rao stressed on holistic personality development and employable skills. Prof. N.L.N. Reddy appealed to the placed students to share their real time experience with their juniors.
