CSI Bishop Appasamy College to start MBA Course
BSNL General Manager, K Muthuswamy, on Saturday, appealed to Bishop of CSI Coimbatore Diocese, Rt Rev Dr M Dorai, who is also the chairman of CSI College of Engineering, Ketti, to start MBA course.
“Nilgiris has always remained famous for school education, but facilities for higher education are limited. As the only engineering college in Nilgiris, CSI College of Engineering is filling up the void in engineering education here.
There is a great demand for quality and affordable Business Management education. Considering that many engineering colleges are offering MBA courses and as an engineer in the profession of management, I appeal to you to start MBA course at Ketti,” he told the Bishop during an interaction at the college.
There was also need for quality civil engineering courses as institutions are highly tilted towards information and electronic technology, he said.
“BSNL will provide the necessary facilities to upgrade infrastructural requirements for the courses. Broadband is available on demand. We can fulfill cluster requirements. This will be very useful for students. Already, 37 of the 44 exchanges in Nilgiris can provide broadband facilities.
Others will also be hooked soon. Likewise, mobile communication is of high quality as we have erected 44 towers. More towers have been planned to cover nook and corners of the district. In effect, engineering and management education can receive good communication support,” he said.
Application Form Submission 16 Dec 2020 to 16 Jan 2021.
