Fellowship in HIV Medicine
One Year Clinical Training Programme in HIV/ AIDS Care
The Fellowship in HIV Medicine is a postgraduate programme which offers quality training for doctors in HIV care, and an opportunity to develop HIV clinical services in their hospitals. The Fellowship is offered by a network of medical colleges in different parts of the country towards supporting HIV/ AIDS care.
(1 year) 4 clinical contact programmes at training institution (6 weeks in total); distance learning course (4 months); project work institution ( 6 weeks in total); distance learning course ( 4 months); project work (6 months). Participants will continue their regular jobs while undertaking the training.
MBBS; preference to those working in secondary or primary care institution; involvement in HIV/ AIDS care.
