IBM announces Great Mind Challenge 2010
IBM has announced The Great Mind Challenge 2010 – a nationwide software development and research contest under the company’s academic initiative program.
This contest, recognised by the Limca book of records as the largest software development and research contest, provides a unique opportunity for students to develop innovative solutions using open standard-based IT tools under grueling real time situations.
The Great Mind Challenge 2010 aims at enabling participants acquire hands-on experience on IBM software products.
Mentors from IBM along With the college faculty will work closely with students to help them develop market-ready skills required for a present workforce.
TGMC 2009 had nearly 1,12,400 students from 1,800 colleges participating from across India.
