Student Conference on Cyber Crime

Kaspersky Lab will hold its annual ‘IT Security for the Next Generation’ student conference as part of the Kaspersky Academy education program.

UG students from universities, institutes of higher education and graduate schools are welcome to apply.

The conference brings together students, experts, scientists and researchers in a col­laborative environment to present and discuss issues relating to cyber crime.

The best submissions will be given awards and prizes from Kaspersky Lab and the authors will be invited to attend the “IT Security for the Next Generation’ conference, which will be hosted at the University of Technology MARA in Kuala Lumpur ( Malaysia ) in February 2011.

Interested students must regis­ter by 30th October, 2010.

Applications and papers for the conference must be submitted by the 30th November, 2010.

The conference will take place at the University of Technology MARA in Kuala Lumpur ( Malaysia ) from 25th February, 2011 to 28th February, 2011.
