RCU Non Teaching Posts Exam

Rani Channamma University Recruitment for Non Teaching Posts 2012 – 2013

Those who have applied for the non – teaching posts at Rani Channamma University, as per notification dated 25th July, 2012, they are to note that the written examination for the posts of FDA, SDA and Data Entry Operators will be held on 20th January, 2013.

The examination timing for SDA and Data Entry Operator ( a common test for both posts ) is between 10.00 am and 12.00 pm and for FDA between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm on 20th January, 2013.

The applicants of Bijapur district have to take examination at Bijapur centres, Bagalkot district applicants at Bagalkot centres, Belgaum district and the applicants from other places at Belgaum centres.

The MCQ type examination includes General Knowledge, General English, Basic Mathematics, Logical Reasoning and Current Affairs. Each subject carries 20 questions and each question carries 1 mark; totaling 100 marks. The actual time for writing in OMR is 90 minutes.

The applicants can download their Hall Tickets from 10th January, 2013 and onwards from the website www.rcub.ac.in.

RCU Results 2012

Rani Chennamma University Belgaum Results 2012 

Rani Channamma University ( RCU ) decided to continue with affiliations granted to 335 colleges under its jurisdiction in Belgaum, Bijapur and Bagalkot districts of north Karnataka region.

RCU June / July Results 2012

The Rani Channamma University will announce the results of examinations held during June / July 2012 of 2nd semester ( regular ) M.Sc. ( Mathematics ) 2nd semester ( repeater ) M.Sc. ( CS ), M.Sc. ( Mathematics ) and M.S.W, and 4th semester ( regular ) M.Sc. ( Mathematics ) on 6th September, 2012 after noon. Candidates can get their results on www.rcub.ac.in

RCU March Results 2012

According to RCU Registrar, the Academic Council of the university met on 28th March, 2012 and decided to recommend to the State government to continue the affiliation to all the 335 colleges for the academic year 2012 – 2013.

During the meeting, the council also decided to accord the status of “Research Centre” to the city – based KLE Society’s Lingaraj College and B.L.D.E. Society’s College of Education.

As part of its administrative reforms and automation, the council also decided to introduce biometric attendance system for both teaching and non – teaching staff on the RCU campus Belgaum.

Results for Rani Channamma University :

The RCU will declare results of 1st semester examination of postgraduate courses in English, Marathi, Sociology, Hindi, Commerce, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geography, and M.S.W., M.C.A. and M.P.Ed. courses by 30th March, 2012 noon.

Rani Channamma University will declare the results of the 2nd, 2nd repeat and 4th semester examinations held in May for B.Com., BSW and B.Sc. ( CS ) on 6th July, 2012 according to a release issued by the RCU Registrar on 5th July, 2012.

The RCU will declare the results of examinations conducted during May / June for the Bachelor of Arts fourth semester, second semester courses, and the Postgraduate Programme in MBA fourth semester on 16th July, 2012 at 12.30 pm. Candidates may view the results on http://www.rcub.ac.in

Exams Postponed

Rani Channamma University postponed PG Examinations

The Rani Channamma University has postponed the postgraduate examinations. This has been done to enable students write the competitive exams being held from 23rd June, 2012 to 26th June, 2102 for recruitment of high school teachers.

New Schedule :

The exams for M.A. ( History & Archaeology, and Economics ), M.S.W. and M.Sc. ( Mathematics ) will commence on 27th June, 2012. The exams for the Postgraduate Diploma / Certificate Courses, scheduled to commence on 25th June, 2012, have also been postponed and they will now commence on 2nd July, 2012.

The revised timetables for the exams are available on the website http://www.rcub.ac.in. Principals of RCU – affiliated postgraduate centres have also been informed, according to a release Belgaum on 8th June, 2012.
