Six NLC students secured admission into Indian Institute of Technology
AS many as six students of the school run by public sector Neyveli Lignite Corporation (NLC) have secured admission into Indian Institute of Technology.
The students completed Plus Two from Jawahar Higher Secondary CBSE school, which was run by Jawahar Educational Society, NLC.
They have passed the entrance examination-IIT-JEE – 2008. They are: G Pragadesh (all-India rank 87), S Nishant (339), KS Shyam Krish (844), A Jagdish (1114), C Anand (1491) and S Ilam Vazhudhi (2188).
Similarly, S Vikram, S Shreya, S Mohamed Ali, V Ananda Krishnan, M Narendran and S Koshi Mathew had cleared All-India Engineering Entrance Examination-2008.
They were selected for graduate engineering courses in Central Engineering Colleges across the country.
