SNAP Test 2014 Guidelines for Candidates :
Symbiosis National Aptitude Test or SNAP as it is commonly known is the common, mandatory Test for candidates aspiring to join MBA programs with constituent units of Symbiosis International University.
Until last year, the Symbiosis International University admission process was a two – staged process but from this year the University has revamped the entire admission process and made it more simplified, streamlined and candidate friendly.
Here are some important points that a candidate should keep in mind when appearing for the SNAP 2013 – 2014 examination :
1. Candidate must report at the Test Centre at – least half an hour before the exam starts i.e. latest by 13:00 hours as the test process is schedule to begin at 13:30 hours.
When reporting for the test, candidates must possess :
- Admit Card with their latest coloured passport size photograph pasted on it
- Photo Identity; and
- Blue / Black ballpoint pen
Candidates should not carry Cell phones, calculators, watch calculators, alarm clocks, digital watches with built in calculators / memory or any electronics gadgets in the examination hall.
After occupying the allotted seat, post verification, candidates should write their seat number on the Admit Card.
The Invigilator will distribute the Test Booklet and instruct the candidates to open the seal of the Test Booklet at 2.00 PM. If any candidate receives a test booklet with broken or tampered seal, then he / she should immediately inform the invigilator.
After opening the test booklet, candidate should check that the book is free of any kinds of defect pages in the booklet are in order, questions are properly printed and are readable etc. In case of Test Booklet being defective, candidate should inform the invigilator who will arrange for the replacement of Test Booklet, if required.
The SNAP 2014 Test is of 2 Hours i.e. from 2.00 PM to 4.00 PM. Candidate will not be allowed to leave the hall until the answer OMR sheets and Question Paper of all the candidates in the hall have been collected and accounted for.
