Students Earn Laurels for Innovative Projects
Students of the St. Joseph’s College of Engineering have bagged three awards for innovative projects instituted by the Indian National Academy of Engineering.
F. Menaka Mischella, S. Saravanan and the team of I. Nelson Naveen and C. Princy Perpetua were the winners for their projects on navigation database decoder, design and development of multi – purpose air – conditioner and real time implementation of GPS – based maritime border indicator for fishermen. Out of the 20 shortlisted projects under the innovative student project category, nine received awards. St. Joseph’s has won three awards, said B. Babu Manoharan, college secretary and correspondent.
