Vimal Jyothi Institute launch on 6th January
The Vimal Jyothi Institute of Management and Research started at Chemperi by the Thalassery archdiocese will be inaugurated by Minister of State for Home Mullappally Ramachandran on Thursday.
The new institution is a sister concern of Vimal Jyothi Engineering College.
The institute, developed near the campus of the engineering college, is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education and affiliated to Kannur University.
Vimal Jyothi chairman Fr. Mathew M. Chalil said at a press conference here on Tuesday that the institute would offer MBA courses in finance, marketing and human resource management with dual specialisation.
He said the institute had state-of-the-art infrastructure, hi – tech air – conditioned classrooms, latest teaching and l earning methods, Wi – Fi enabled campus, online digital library, placement assistance system and a multi – gym.
On Thursday, Mr. Ramachandran will inaugurate the institute at 3 p.m., a press release issued here on Tuesday said.
