YVU extends last date Entrance Exam
The last date for registration and filing online applications for Sri Venkateswara University Yogi Vemana University Post Graduate Common Entrance Test ( SVUYVUPGCET 2013 ) has been extended up to 4th May, 2013 ( without fine ).
Candidates will have to apply only online www.svudoa.in and the last date for receipt of filled – in applications is 7th May, 2013.

Yogi Vemana University declares B.Ed. Results Online
Yogi Vemana University Vice – Chancellor A. Ramachandra Reddy on 2nd February, 2012 released online the results of B.Ed. exams in colleges under the university’s purview, in his chambers.
Seventy five percent of students passed B.Ed. with 2,033 passing the course out of a total of 2,723 students who appeared for the exams, director of PG and professional courses G. Ghulam Tariq said and added that it was the first time that YVU declared B.Ed. results online. Students can download their marks lists from websites publishing the results, he said.
Yogi Vemana University Instant Exam :
Candidates who failed in one or more subjects can apply for instant exam through their respective colleges by 15th February, 2012 by paying examination fee of 2,500 per paper, he said.
Those seeking revaluation should pay 400 per paper by 21st February, 2012 and with a fine of 200 by 26th February, 2012, Dr. Tariq said. University Registrar K. Valli Pasha, Controller of Examinations K.G. Subbaram and staff participated.
YVU Pre – Ph.D. exam in January
Yogi Vemana University will conduct pre – Ph.D. degree written examination in January 2012 and candidates should submit their filled – in applications by 5th January, 2012, Controller of Examinations K.G. Subbaram said on 30th December, 2011.
Candidates can submit Ph.D applications up to 20th January, 2012 by paying a penal fee of 100 for each working day after 5th January, 2012, he said in a statement.
They should pay the exam fee by way of crossed demand draft in favour of Registrar, Yogi Vemana University, Kadapa, payable at SBI No. 10109, YVU, Kadapa, he added.
PhD Applications with insufficient information, fees and without signature and seal of the Principal would be rejected, Mr. Subbaram said.
YVU to conduct “INSPIRE” from March 26
Yogi Vemana University, Kadapa will conduct a five – day program INSPIRE (Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research), sponsored by the Union Department of Science and Technology, from 26th March, 2011 to 30th March, 2011, Assistant Professor of Geology and Geo-Informatics and INSPIRE coordinator N. Jayaraj said on 9th March, 2011.
Students in the State passing SSC with 90 per cent marks and pursuing Intermediate in science groups are eligible and can register by securing the registration form from the Department of Geology, Geo – Informatics and Earth Sciences, YVU or by contacting e-mail email@example.com and mobile number 98484 24185.
There is no entrance fee and students selected for the program would be given free accommodation and food and given a certificate of participation after completion of the program.
YVU releases PG Semester Results
Yogi Vemana University Vice – Chancellor A. Ramachandra Reddy released the results of the first semester examinations of 13 post graduate courses on 21st January, 2011.
Hundred per cent pass was recorded in geology and geoinformatics, microbiology, environmental sciences, physical education, botany, biochemistry, psychology, economics, history and archaeology, according to a YVU statement.
Students in English secured 96.77 per cent, biotechnology 96.66 per cent, zoology 93.75 percent and physics 86.79 per cent.
Interested students can apply for revaluation with a late fee of 400 for each paper, 250 for re – totaling and personal identification fee of 500 without fine and with a late fee of 200 for each paper between 10th February, 2011 and 14th February, 2011.
Applications can be obtained from the Controller of Examinations, YVU, Kadapa – 516 003 by sending a self – addressed 5 stamped envelope.
