Overall pass percentage in SSLC examination in Karnataka Last year recorded a ten per cent jump to 73.90 even as all students in as many as 44 schools failed.
The overall pass percentage was 82.26.The pass percentage for freshers was 80.79, while that of repeaters and private candidates was 24.10 and 11.64 respectively. As much as 77.07 per cent of the candidates from government schools passed, while 85.46 per cent of candidates from unaided private schools passed in the examination.
