Sainik School Kunjpura, invites application from eligible boy candidates for admission toClass IV and IX Standards, through All India Sainik Schools Entrance Exam, for the new academic sessions 2013 – 2014.
AIM : To prepare boys academically, mentally and physically for entry into the National Defence Academy ( NDA ) Khadakwasla, Pune.
Curriculum : 10 + 2 Science Stream of CBSE, New Delhi.

Sainik School Kunjpura Entrance Exam 2013 Eligibility :
- For class VI – Boys born between 02 Jul 2002 and 01 Jul 2003 ( both days inclusive ).
- For class IX – Boys born between 02 Jul 1999 and 01 Jul 2000 ( both days inclusive ).
Sainik School Kunjpura Scholarship 2013 :
- By State Governments and Ministry of Defence on merit cum means basis ( details given in the prospectus ).
Sainik School Kunjpura Tentative Seats 2013 :
- Approximately 90 for VI and 20 for class IX.
All India Sainik School Reservation Seats 2013 :
- Sainik School Kunjpura mainly caters for the boys of Haryana and Delhi States.
- Certain numbers of seats are thrown open to the boys of other States and UTs.
- 25% seats are reserved for Defence Personnel ( including ex – servicemen ),
- 15% for Scheduled Castes and 7.5% for Scheduled Tribes and remaining seats for General Category.
Sainik School Kunjpura Admission Form 2013 :
1. The prospectus cum application form for admission in Sainik School Kunjpura may be obtained from the Principal Sainik School Kunjpura, Karnal ( Haryana ) – 132 023 w.e.f. 15th October, 2012 to 3rd December, 2012 on all working days between 1000 – 1300 hrs by paying cash 
400/- for General and Defence categories and 250/- for SC and ST categories.
2. The prospectus may also be obtained by post by sending an application on plain paper by mentioning address and category along with a DD of 440/- for General and Defence categories and 290/- for SC and ST categories, drawn in favour of “Principal, Sainik School Kunjpura” payable at SBI Kunjpura ( Code No.2400 ).
3. The prospectus can be downloaded from Sainik School Kunjpura website www.sskunjpura.org duly filled application form can be submitted by post or in person alongwith a DD in favour of “Principal Sainik School Kunjpura” payable at SBI Kunjpura ( Code No 2400 ) of 400/- ( for General and Defence categories ) and 250/- ( for SC and ST categories ) Other documents are to be submitted as mentioned.

The School will not be responsible for rejection of the application on account of postal delay, if any ( including postal / courier services ).
Note :
- Most of the courier services do not deliver courier at Sainik School Kunjpura being 7kms away from Karnal city. It is advisable to send the filled application through Government Postal Service.
