Eligibility Criteria :

Age : Below 30 years

Academic :

Criminology and Police Science : Masters ( with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grades ) in Criminology / Sociology / Social Work / Psychology / Social Anthropology / Public Administration / Political Science / Law with a 2nd class Bachelors in any of the above mentioned subjects

Forensic Science : 1st / 2nd class Master’s degree in Science

Qualifying Exam : UGC – CSIR

Other : The candidate should be registered or should register for PhD in an Indian University within 3 months of being selected for the Fellowship.

Fellowship Details

Number of Fellowships : 6

Duration : 3 years

Value : ₹ 2500 – 2800 pm

Contingency Grant : ₹ 5000 pa

Overhead Charges : ₹ 3000 pa paid to the Host Institution
