Temple University Law Scholarship
All students are welcome to apply for a limited number of scholarships available through the Office of International Programs. These scholarships are based on academic and extracurricular achievement and financial need. Determinations will be made by the Office of International Programs.
The Temple Law School Financial Aid Office will be notified of all students receiving a scholarship, and it will be included as part of your financial aid package.
If you would like to apply, please complete and return the enclosed Scholarship Application to the Office of International Programs by October. Determinations will be made by 10th Novemberand applicants will be notified by First Class Mail.
Eligibility for Temple University Law Scholarship
Students must be U.S. citizens enrolled in a J.D. program at an accredited law school and have been accepted into the Temple University Japan Law Program.

- Completed application form ( next page )
- One-page letter from the candidate explaining why he / she is interested in studying in Japan and what he / she plans to achieve if awarded a scholarship. If applicable, please include one paragraph which speaks to the issue of your financial need.
- Please note that students receiving financial aid must have the application form signed by an official from the home institution financial aid office.
