Postdoctoral Teaching Fellowship

The successful applicant will develop and teach nine credits of the Univesity Honors Program (UHP) first-year writing sequence, Honors Composition I (HON 150) and Honors Composition II (HON 250), or related courses per semester.
These small classes focus on analytical and research-based writing and critical thinking. They prepare UHP students for the demands of university course work, as well as post-university careers, and graduate and professional school.
Applicant may be asked to attend undergraduate research conferences with UHP students and/or undertake a special honors project while in residence. Applicant is also expected to continue their own research and to present his or her findings at a professional conference such as 4Cs or through publication.
