History of Griffith University
Established in 1971, Griffith opened its doors at Nathan in 1975 to 451 students in four schools: Australian Environmental Studies, Humanities, Modern Asian Studies and Science.

Higher Degrees by Research student support services :
A comprehensive range of expertise, training and workshops for students who are commencing, progressing through and completing their Higher Degree by Research.
International Student Advisors :

PASS Leaders provide a fun and interactive way for you to prepare yourself to study and assist you with your learning in selected courses.
Student Linx Peer Mentoring Program :
The Student Linx Peer Mentoring Program draws on the knowledge and experience of senior students to help make the transition to life at Griffith University, and Australia, easier. This program is an opportunity for international students to ask questions and to practice their English in a relaxed environment.
