Delhi College of Arts & Commerce, New Delhi was established in 1987. DCAC is a constituent part of University of Delhi ( DU ). The College started with the aim to impart high standards of education in conventional as well as in professional courses. Various undergraduate honors and pass courses are offered by the co – educational institute.

DCAC Delhi holds the distinction of being the pioneer institutes to introduce a three – year honours program in July – August 1989. Another unique facet is the Rhapsody a quarterly magazine an initiative of the students. Apart from this, students publish a series of in-house tabloids, The DCAC Express, The DCAC Times which are an annual amalgamation of current affairs and campus issues. DCAC Objective is to churn out students with an ambition to create a niche for them.

DCAC New Delhi Placement Cell

Delhi College of Arts & Commerce has a well established Job Placement Cell which has been functioning for the last three years. DCAC is headed by Dr. Neeru Kapoor who is an Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce. Due to the consistent and diligent efforts of the Principal, Non-teaching Staff and the Student volunteers, the job placement cell of DCAC is one of the best in the South Campus.

Various National and Multi – National Companies such as Google, Ernst & Young, Barclays, Capital – IQ, Evalue Serve, Genpact, IBM, ICICI Prudential, Bharti Axa Life Insurance, Max New York Life Insurance, Kingfisher Airlines and Flour Daniel have been visiting the campus regularly.
