JAC Chandigarh Eligibility 2021
The academic qualifications as prescribed in Information Bulletin and Application Form of JEE ( Main ) – 2021 [ Sections 2.9.2and2.9.3 of JEE ( Main ) – 2021 Information Bulletin ] are applicable for this allocation / allotment, extract of which is reproduced below
“Only those candidates who have passed their Class 12th Exam or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2018 or 2019; or those who are appearing in their Class 12th Exam or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2018 are eligible to appear in JEE ( Main ) – 2021. Candidates who passed Class 12th / Qualifying examination in 2017 or before as well as those who will appear in such examination in 2020 or later are not eligible to appear in JEE ( Main ) – 2021.
“Candidates must have taken at least five subjects in Class 12th / qualifying examination in order to be eligible for writing JEE ( Main ) – 2021. The candidates who have taken four subjects are not permitted to write JEE ( Main ) – 2021 and if such candidates appear in JEE ( Main ) – 2021 by furnishing wrong information, their rank / result will not be declared.”
Subject combinations required in the qualifying examination for admission to B.E. / B.E. ( Chemical ) with MBA and B.Arch. Courses under JAC 2021 shall be as under

Only those candidates are eligible who have passed class 12th with at least 60% marks in aggregate ( 55% in case of candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe / Persons with Disability ( PwD ) / Backward Class ) in the above subjects taken together
|B.Architecture||Only those candidates are eligible who have passed 10+2 scheme of Senior School Certificate Examination or equivalent with Mathematics as subject of examination at the 10+2 level along with at least 50% marks in aggregate.|
